Session fees

Fees are due 48 hours before each booked session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will still be charged.

I offer a 20% discount on fees for active NHS staff.

Consultation

Our initial telephone consultation (up to 15 minutes) is where we will briefly talk about what has led you to seek help, and how I might be able to help.

Assessment

This initial appointment (80 minutes) is where we spend more time coming to a joint understanding of your difficulties and set up a plan moving forward.

Individual therapy sessions (50 minutes)

At times, longer sessions (80 minutes) can be suited to certain kinds of therapy, such as when we are working with post-traumatic stress. We will work to balance what suits you best.

When you contact me, I request information about you such as your name, telephone number and email address.

In order to provide you with a service and process payments, I will need to keep information about you. In doing so, I follow GDPR law and the bodes of practice required of me by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). I am registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
