Dr. James Baker

I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with a wide range of experience in supporting adults with life challenges and specific psychological difficulties.

With over ten years of experience across NHS settings, I draw on a range of psychological models and evidence-based psychological therapies. This means that you can be assured that you will be supported using psychological treatments with sound evidence behind them, with an approach that is tailored to you.

I believe in helping people to really know themselves, to approach life with self-compassion and psychological flexibility, and to lead a life defined by what matters most to us.
